2016 Liverpool

The 39th Westfield Health British Transplant Games was the biggest yet. We issued 2583 Accreditations, 948 were registered athletes and 1485 supporters which included 100 Live Donors.

The Games included 23 Sports held in 11 Venues which included the Wavertree Sports Park, Greenbank Sports Academy and the Exhibition Centre Liverpool.

The social events also attracted record numbers where 2500 people attended the Opening Ceremony, 2000 people attended the Gala Celebration and The Donor Run reached its 1200 capacity.
