Transplant Recipients, Supporters, Live Donors and Donor Families should all register for the Westfield Health 2020 Games. The Westfield Health British Transplant Games are an inclusive event encouraging Transplant Recipients of all ability levels to participate. The Games provide an opportunity for new experiences in an encouraging and supportive environment for Recipients, their supporters, Live Donors and Donor Family Members to take part 25 Sports and Events across 4 days whilst promoting the benefits of Organ Donation.
Please download and complete the Medical Form for the Coventry 2020 Westfield Health British Transplant Games. Medical Forms must completed by Recipients and submitted by 17th May.
