The charity Transplant Sport launched the brand Transplant Active in 2025 to broaden the charity’s reach beyond those who play sport, to include those who may wish to become physically active but would find competitive sport too big a challenge.

We are the largest national charity promoting active recovery for transplant recipients and increasing awareness of the benefits of organ donation. We actively promote the importance of more people telling their family and friends they wish to donate.
