Declaration of Trust

Annual General Meeting

The charity will stage an annual general meeting, in person, on annual basis and typically around the Games Team Managers Meetings in the Games host city.

The meetings are held in accordance with the governance models for charitable organizations, and the charity presents reports and accounts in accordance with the same governance pertaining to a small charity.

Board of Trustees

The Trustees meet quarterly, normally virtually, to discuss policy, strategy, safeguarding and finance and during 2025, four new trustees were appointed following a national recruitment process, based on skills required. (See Meet the Team).
