Sheffield, the ‘Steel City’, is famed for its industrial heritage, green spaces and vibrant culture. Nestled on the edge of the Peak District, it’s a friendly, spirited city proud to host the 2025 Westfield Health British Transplant Games.


Sheffield is home to a remarkable collection of venues that reflect its passion for sport, music and the arts. The Olympic Legacy Park (OLP) is one of Sheffield’s most exciting developments, symbolising the city’s ongoing commitment to health, wellbeing, and sporting excellence. Built on the site of the former Don Valley Stadium, the OLP brings together world-leading research, education, and community sport in one dynamic location.

Oxford is also the home of excellent sports facilities and boasts ownership of the UK’s only LED embedded Glass Sportshall Floor at the University of Oxford’s Acer Nethercott centre. The City is served by the Oxford Railway Station and extensive bus network served by the Oxford Bus Company and Thames Travel.
